The Substack Growth Program · Fall Cohort
A 6-week live cohort for spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, healers and teachers, built around the companion planting method: plant one bed, tend it well.
Get all the details + save your seat Fall cohort begins the week of October 5thAs spiritual beings and entrepreneurs, it's emotionally and energetically depleting to be on social media these days.
Between the bots, the AI, the propaganda you ask yourself, "what am I consuming here? What am I giving the power of my time, energy and attention to?"
Not to mention, organic growth on socials has been increasingly challenging over the years.
So many entrepreneurs are sick of pouring hours into content, yet all your clients still come from referrals, and your inbox is full of salesy cold pitches from strangers instead of new leads.
Showing up feels more like a performance than it does an act of service.
What you're really craving is deep, authentic conversation. Real content from real people, not someone's AI twin.
This is exactly how I've felt, and it's exactly why I started my Offer Oracle Substack publication and podcast last year.
A 6-week live cohort for spiritual entrepreneurs, coaches, healers, and teachers ready to stop performing for an algorithm and build a home for your work you actually own, and where the right people can find you.
The summer beta round was perfection, and the Fall cohort begins with a warm-up week at the end of September, and calls begin in October. The next one won't be until winter.
It's built around my companion planting framework. Instead of scattering yourself across 3–5 different platforms, you plant one bed and tend it well.

What's the purpose of your publication, who is it for, and how does it connect to your bigger business — plus how Substack fits into your funnel so every piece of content does more than one job.
Week 2
Everything in place before you publish a single thing: profile, graphics, automated emails, paid subscription tiers, and SEO so the right people can find you.
GROW
Week 3
Posts, notes, podcasts, video — the right mix for you, and a sustainable workflow so you know exactly what to publish, when, and how to repurpose it.
Week 4
How to grow organically on the platform, how to actually build community (not just an audience), and the habits that turn readers into paying clients.
HARVEST
Week 5
Paid subscription tiers, funneling into your programs, or both — set up with a clear path from free subscriber to your bigger offers.
Week 6
We zoom out, look at what's working, troubleshoot what isn't, and make sure you leave with a content plan and the confidence to keep going.
You can launch a podcast, create videos, go live, write, or do a combination. We'll build the version that actually fits your energy.
No overcomplicated tech. No pressure to post three times a day, or even a week! Just a real strategy for showing up in a way that feels like you.

Two women from the summer beta round, built from scratch.
"Alyssa sets up a clear structure and goals for the course, to set up and sustain your publication for the long-term. From creating welcome emails to building a community and referrals, we covered it all in manageable bites each week. If you are on the fence I highly recommend you take the leap."
"This course was like squeezing a 6 month (or longer) learning curve into 6 weeks! I started with almost no understanding of Substack and feel pretty confident now."
Both women built from scratch, found a regular rhythm with posting, started gaining new free subscribers, and have already made sales on subscription upgrades.
The Fall cohort begins with a warm-up week at the end of September, to anchor you into the container before our weekly live calls begin in October.
Call days and times are chosen based on the availability of enrolled students, so everyone can catch most calls live — and if you do have to miss one, there's a built-in make-up week.
Warm-up week — you anchor into the container and get oriented before calls begin.
You're creating and launching your Substack, and starting to post.
You're growing your audience and building your community.
And true to receiving before giving: it's intentionally anti-hustle. No daily posting, no funnel pressure. We're here for a slower, more intentional way to grow.
Life happens — we get it. Calls are scheduled around the actual availability of everyone enrolled so most people can make most calls live, and there's a built-in make-up week for anything you miss. Nothing about this program is designed to punish you for having a real life outside of it.
Yes. Substack actually has a feature built for this called Sections — it lets you run separate content tracks, each with its own name, description, and subscriber list, all under one publication. So if you've got topics that speak to different audiences, people can opt into the section that's actually for them instead of getting content that isn't relevant to why they subscribed. We'll map this out together in Week 1 if it applies to you.
If you'd rather go at your own pace without the live component, yes — the Substack Starter Course is available on its own. It's self-paced, $297, with lifetime access. Email [email protected] to get started.
Yes! 1:1 sessions are available as an optional add-on for $297 per 45-minute session, if you want extra eyes on your specific setup, content, or strategy along the way.
Also yes. If you'd rather hand this off entirely, email me at [email protected] and we'll talk through what a done-for-you setup looks like for your business.
But most people spend 6+ months circling the idea of launching before they ever hit publish — tweaking the profile, second-guessing the strategy, starting and stopping.
Inside the program, we cut that timeline down by 80%. What takes most people 6+ months to figure out alone, we build together in the first 2 weeks — without the hustle, without the guesswork, and without you having to be the one holding it all.
Plant one bed. Tend it well. Let it feed you.
